The Best Bean and Ham Soup
I made this after Easter with the leftover ham and ham bone, and oh my, was it delicious!! It made so much that I shared it with 3 other families. I let it cook all day on a very low simmer, and that last hour or two it magically thickened to just the perfect consistency. I can't wait to have a ham again just so I can make this soup!
