Meat Loaf Pie

Loved this recipe! it was easy to put together...most of the ingredients were at hand. I doubled the ketchup and W sauce as suggested here but i didn't pre-bake my crust and it turned out purrrfect :) definitely a keeper.

Fried Empanadas

I've made this recipe several times and each time i did i used margarine in place of shortening and cut back on the salt and i've always baked at 400C until edges are slightly brown (usually about 15-18min). Turns out great each time and i've also tried different filling for it too. Yummy

Breakfast Sausage Casserole

totally awesome! i made this in a hurry. i didn't have time to refrigerate overtime neither did i add mustard powder. i added a pinch of cinnamon, some black pepper and some nutmeg (i'm a nutmeg freak).Baked at 375 for 30mins and it turned out perfect. would definitely try again

Cake Mix Cookies IV

just made these and they are awesome!! made kids just can't have enough it. i made them with devil's food cake mix and added some semi-sweet chocolate chips. the only issue with mine was that i had to bake mine for about 15mins @ 350 and i also reduced the oil to 1/3 cup. i guess my oven heat might have been odd but they turned out fabulous.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

followed most reviewers advise on adding more spices to the turkey and letting it sit for a about 30mins, soaked the breadcrumb in milk for a few minutes to get soft before adding into the meat mixture. i didn't have any other kind of cheese in the house but velveeta so i had to use that, formed the mixture into two loaves and put it in a 9x13 pan and covered it with a thin film of B-que sauce and baked for 1hr. this meat loaf came out awesome and moist. will definitely try it again
