I followed this recipe exactly hoping I could alter it later to suit my families preferences. My husband liked it but I won't make it again. The fish taste was too strong and I was really looking for a recipe that would cover that up.

World's Best Lasagna

I followed this recipe exactly and found it was sincerely the most amazing lasagna I have ever had. I hate ricotta cheese and loved that ricotta was barely noticeable in the lasagna. Secondly, I used spicy italian sausage as my husband and I prefer spicy and the lasagna had the most unbelievable flavors. I had leftover meat sauce and used it the next day over pasta, it was amazing! This is easily a 5 star recipe.

Pie Crust IV

I use this recipe for chicken pot pie. This pie crust is delicious with a few alterations. I use butter because I find it gives the crust more flavor otherwise it's pretty bland. I also mix in some Italian seasonings.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

I'm not normally a fan of hollandaise but this was truly delicious. I made it to go with eggs Benedict and cleaned my plate! I didn't use lemon juice cause I really don't like it and since I didn't have dijon mustard I tried spicy brown mustard instead and the flavor was perfect. I'll make this for my husband for valentines breakfast!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was amazing! I cut cooking time by pre-cooking the chicken and partially cooking the biscuits. It was ready in under an hour. I took suggestions and used 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can chicken broth. The result was a delicious dinner the whole family loved. The onion flavor was strong but thankfully we love onions!

Butterscotch Apple Cookies

These cookies are delicious but there's very little apple flavor. It's great for butterscotch lovers! The cookies are chewy but become hard after only a day or two which isn't a big deal since they rarely make it that far.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

this was a great starter but I used the suggestions people made and changed the soup to better suit my tastes. I added hot sauce because my husband I love things spicy and this made for a great meal! Very filling.

Barbarella's German Pancakes

This was a great recipe. I have a great deal of experience flipping pancakes (was a breakfast chef for quite some time), so I had no problems with the cooking process. I was worried the batter was too runny but tried it anyway, they came out perfect. I'd never had german pancakes till now but I definitely will again!

Party Pinwheels

These were great for a quick finger food. I had unexpected guests for football this past weekend and made these in a flash. Even the vegetable haters loved them! They were eaten up so quick and everyone was begging for the recipe!

Mexi-Cheesy Chip Dip

this was by far the easiest dip I've ever made and everyone loved it! I made it for the football game this past weekend and there wasn't a drop left by the time I got to the table. I had to make some more just so I could try it! So worth it!

Best Ever Pie Crust

I loved this recipe! I searched forever for a recipe for pie crust I could use to make pot pies. I couldn't believe how perfect this came out! I swapped the shortening for butter since it was all I had and the crust came out flakey and with a buttery crip taste. It was so easy to make and this was probably the easiest dough to roll out I've ever encountered. 5 stars for sure!
