Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
This cake is SO eay to make and delicious! I decided to use my baby bundt pans, so they only have to bake 30 minutes. Several of my guests don't care for coffee so I added 1 egg and an extra 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to substitute. They turned out fabulous!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Oh my gosh, this recipe was to die for! At first I though all these positive reviews were too good to be true, but they're not. I made mine with home made whipped cream (1 pint whipping cream and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar beat until it becomes a whipped cream consistency) and brought it to a company potluck. It was a HUGE success, this is one recipe that's going to become a regular!

Fruit Pizza with White Chocolate
This was FABULOUS. I took it to a casual wine and cheese party with some co-workers. Everyone LOVED it. I too made it with Ghiradelli white chocalate, I also left out the heavy cream by mistake. That mistake turned out to be a blessing in diguise, the filling turned out very rich and delicious! I used sliced strawberries, peaches, kiwi, pinapple and blueberries. The glaze was perfectly thick for me, keep in mind that cornstarch does not reach it's full thickening power until it comes to a SIMMER. I brought the glaze to a simmer and let it simmer for about 30 seconds until it was thick.
