Pumpkin-Pecan Cake Roll
I made exactly as the recipe instructed and it came out perfect. I didn't have any problems with too much filling or it squishing out the end etc as some posted. And had no problems with the cake cracking. Respectively... they must have rolled it too tight with the filling issue and baked too long for the cracked cake. My family absolutely loved it, including my very picky husband. The pumpkin roll looks just like the picture. We are having it for breakfast Thanksgiving morning... mmmm mmm!

Peanut Butter Balls II
I was extremely impressed with this recipe. Reese's cups are my favorite.... OMG these taste exactly like them... very delicious! The scary part is they were way too easy to make. As several other reviewers mentioned chilling the dough after the little balls are made works perfect. Something I didn't read that made it easier for me. Second batch I chilled all the little balls and during that time is when I warmed up my chocolate chips in the microwave, that way it was timed perfect instead of the chocolate setting a bit before the balls were chilled. Very good recipe, thanks!

Granola Bars III
Great Toddler Recipe. Most toddlers are picky, I think mine are exceptionally picky :) and they loved these. Not to mention you can add any type of dried fruit or nuts depending on they like and what is age appropriate. This recipe is full of good stuff... an extra egg like one reviewer stated not only makes them softer but adds extra protein along with the wheat germ which toddlers never seem to get enough of... :) Also an easy and fun recipe for your toddler to help dump ingredients and mix. My 3 year old is very proud of cooking her "bars". They're a great recovery snack for my teenager after hockey, we add extra wheat germ in her batch. And last but not least they taste great! Thanks for the geat recipe! They're a hit around our house and the hockey rinks!
