Creamy Chicken Bake

I substituted cream of mushroom soup, as that's what was on hand. The chicken was incredibly tender. This definitely gets two thumbs up.

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake I

I've never had or made anything with rhubarb and tried this recipe. This was the easiest recipe and tasted wonderful. Took some to work and everyone loved it!!
