Bread Machine Calzone

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
My whole family loved this. It was easy and absolutely delicious. I added italian seasoning and garlic powder to the dough and used ground beef as my filling (that was all I had). I mixed oregano with the ground beef, and sprinkled oregano over the toppings once I had added them to the calzone. I also sprinkled garlic powder over the melted butter after sealing the calzone. Delicious!!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Delicious, easy...I made it with butter the first time and with skim milk the second, and I think either way is good, so I'll be doing milk from now on just to cut back the fat.

Masala Chai Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
I'm not especially experienced with baking. I followed the recipe almost exactly, aside from leaving out the coconut and brewing my tea with 1/4 cup soymilk and 1/4 cup water, as a reviewer suggested. I used Stash Premium Chai Spice black tea, which uses exactly the spices called for in Masala Chai tea. I baked it right at 20 minutes and stuck a toothpick in the middle. It came out clean, so I took them out of the oven and let them sit. When I cut them, they were very moist but really didn't fall apart. One corner crumbled a tiny bit so I did what any noble baker would do: I ate it. Delish.

Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not bad. Very buttery, which might appeal to some but was a bit much for me.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
Amazing. Read the comments about this being too salty after I'd already made my dough, but the salt felt right to me. I was out of white flour and used all wheat. Left the walnuts out. Divine, divine.

Easy Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
This bread was fantastic. I left out the powdered egg but made the rest according to the recipe. It is so, so good. The perfect softness. Even after two days it was still soft and delicious. I'm going to start baking a loaf every day or two.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
These are phenomenal. Be sure to keep them in an airtight container as the recipe says--I had one batch in a ziploc and one in a cookie jar, and the cookie jar batch got a bit too crunchy too fast. The others stayed soft and delicious. I'm about to make my third batch in a week.
