This was a great salad! very easy and tasty. I added some drychow mein noodles on top just to give a bit more of a crunch to it and it was good. The dressing was good too

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
Very tasty! the only thing I did different was add a can of el pato sauce. I added a bit in the meat and once all of the cheese sauce was poured over the enchiladas I added the remainder of the el pato sauce on top. will make again.

Aloo Phujia

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
Amazing! I took the advice of another and boiled the potatoes and added some water to the pan once the potatoes where mixed in with the seasoning. I also added in cauliflower for added nutrients. I let it cook on low for about 10 min. I ate this with black beans for the protein and store bought naan. The husband really like it. I will make again

Green Bean Fries

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
very simple and easy. The only things I changed was I used whole wheat flower and I baked the green beans without boiling them. I baked them on a cookie wire rack at 400 for about 25-30 min.

Really good and crispy. I took the advice of another and used vinegar and milk instead of the melted butter. I also baked the chicken on top of a cookie wire rack.

Warm Steak and Potato Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
It was awesome! I used regular mustard, white wine vinegar and pepper for the dressing since it was what i had and it was really good. I did double the dressing since it only makes enough for one serving.

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very good but the bottoms of my cookies burnt but the top and inside of the cookies were still very soft. I left them in the oven for 13 min. Very unique way of doing cookies as well as quick and easy

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
The best chicken I've ever had! I stuffed the cavity with a clove of garlic, some rosemary and half of a lemon and some onion. I took the advice of another reviewer and put chicken stock at the bottom of my roasting pan and I would every so often squeeze the juice onto the chicken. Before putting the salt, pepper and rosemary on the bird I used butter and a little olive oil. Before serving I squeezed a bit of lemon on to the bird as well as the drippings

Enchilada Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
This is a keeper. I had a friend over for dinner and made this recipe for the first time and we all loved it. I made my own enchilada sauce which allowed me to make it as spicy as i wanted it. I didn't smash the beans i just cooked whole beans and then mixed it into the meat which made it very easy to stuff the shells. I also took the advice of other who commented on the recipe. I poured sauce over the shells once they're stuffed to prevent the shells from getting hard. It was awesome and i plan on making it again.

Picante Frittata

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I fed it to the hubby for breakfast and he loved it. I also like that you can throw in all sorts of veggies. I suggest having it with a side of fruit or something kind of light being that my hubby said it wasn't too filling but I was just fine, it filled me.
