Fresh Tomato Pie
YUM, great recipe in using up the summer tomatoes. I made it last wk. with the pie crust and this wk. I made it with a pre baked pizza crust. I like doing dijon mustard on the bottom , before I start the layers and because I'm watching calories, I did cut down on the cheese and mayo. It still came out great....It's a Keeper.

Spicy Mango Sweet Potato Chicken
I made it per recipe. I liked it fine. My friends, weren't all that thrilled w/it. I think because of the sweetness of it. Would I serve it again to friends, no; for me, again I liked it.

Fig and Olive Tapenade
I made this for my Memorial Day party. It was quite the hit. I pretty much made it as the recipe stated, except I put it over goat cheese. Wonderful. My guest ate it within minutes...Thank God, I had a package of Cream Cheese in the fridge, because I did have leftovers of the mix. I put the remainder over the cream cheese and again, gone within minutes...Guests preferrred the goat cheese over cream cheese and I will be making this again. Loved it.
