Creamy Chicken Hot Dish

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
Ok, so maybe I shouldn't have used miracle whip, but Yuk. Threw it out. I gave it 3 stars because I didn't entirely follow the recipe (miracle whip instead of mayo) or I would have given it one. Sorry just being honest.

Honey-Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
I also cooked this in a crock pot but I didn't have any apple juice so I used apple sauce, I also added more water to the recipe. It was moist and I used some of the sauce to make gravy for mashed potatoes and it was excellent.

Sour Cream Lemon Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2008
I took the advice to double the sour cream and lemon juice, it set up great and taste good but next time I think I'll cut back a little on the sour cream (personal preference).

Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
Turned out good, but a little to rich for me. I also doubled the cookie recipe and had about enough dough left over to make into about 1 dozen peanut butter cookies.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
Great muffins, but I did change a few things. I didn't have any Chocolate chips so I left them out also, I used cinnamon apple sauce instead of oil, because of this I would cut back a little on the cinnamon next time. Healthy and really good.

I omitted the Chocolate chips and substituted applesauce for oil. Best Zucchini Bread I've ever had. Also used reduced fat sour cream. Healthier and delicious!!

Walter's Chicken and Mac

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2008
Excellent. I fixed it up a bit by using the suggestion of boiling chicken in water and adding several spices then, boiling the macaroni in the water. Loved it.

Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: May 25, 2008
Excellent. I used frozen chicken breast and put in crock pot for about four hours on low. I also used brown sugar instead of white and added water. It was very tender and flavorful. Served over rice cooked in chicken broth.

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
I loved it and I struggle with the consistency of frosting but it turned out great. I used real butter but 1% milk. Frosted a devil food cake with it. Big hit.

It was good but I think it would be better if I used crasins instead of raisins.

I also added a little water and vanilla to the bottom layer. I didn't have blueberries so I used a bag of mixed berries, it was great!
