Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
These were AMAZING! I used a full package of pudding. These freeze great too! Take them out to thaw in the frig the day before, then the day of let rise for 1hr. IF you do big rolls you will want to bake it longer.

Chili I

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
I loved this chili and so did my family. I would cut the sugar in half next time. I also used ground beef instead of sirloin. I didnt use the beer because it was too sweet already. I did 1/2 cup coffee, and i cut back on the peppers. Yum yum though!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
I loved this. I had to add a lot more Cajun to it. But i like a good zap. I added some crushed red pepper as well. Probably a bit to much seeing that my hubby thought it was so spicy. I added zucchini and asparagus left out the mushrooms. I also used whole milk because i didnt have heavy cream.

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
this was really good. I used a rump roast because i couldnt find a chuck roast. I also skimmed the fat oil off the top before i shredded the beef. Then towards the end of cooking i added an onion. I made yummy sandwiches out of it.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
I think there was a bit to much ginger or molassas, not sure which. I did not have cloves, so i did not put it in, maybe thats why the taste was strong. I also added a tsp of vanilla to my second batch, and that helped. Also if you like flat, be sure to press them down really flat! These are not my fav cookie though.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
Loved this! I followed the recommendation on mixing oil green curry paste, onion, and garlic, for 5-10 mins. Might burn your eyes so be careful! I used a lid to cover while doing this. I also added cauliflower so i could have a veggie with my meal. I added some red pepper flakes, and paprika for some more heat, but next time i might leave out, it was to spicy! I also added more curry powder to give more flavor. I also used Jasmine rice. I thought this was so easy to make, and tasted like it was straight from a restaurant!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I thought these were very good! I made meatball sandwiches which were awesome. I did not add the tomato puree because i did not need the extra sauce. I also baked them for 20 mins in a 350 oven to keep the shape. I will use this recipie again!
