This is an awesome recipe. Mine bakes for exactly 40 minutes at 350 and it comes out perfect. It cuts like a "buttuh." For the topping, I like to use 1/3 white and 1/3 brown sugar. I now make this instead of muffins when I have extra fresh blueberries; it's so much better! Moist and delicious!

Zucchini Herb Casserole

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about with this recipe. This recipe was just okay for me, nothing special. It had too much garlic salt and too much cheese. The flavor profile is pretty basic.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

I love this recipe. Great for sandwiches. I think it is well seasoned and tastes very fresh and Springy with the dill. I've substituted fresh for dried for the onions and dill and enjoy it just as much. Sometimes I add a little more of each seasoning and some black pepper. If the dried minced onions are used, don't forget to let the egg salad sit for a few hours or overnight so they aren't crunchy.

Asian Orange Chicken

Great recipe. Make the sacue and marinate the chicken the day before for quicker prep. Stir-fry some broccoli and remove from pan before cooking chicken. Cook chicken in batches for more browning. May need to add more brown sugar or even a drizzle of honey to the sauce.
