Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

I didn't give 5 stars because of me: I don't normally review recipes, and I don't often like reviewers that change recipes and then review. But I am doing doing both. I had some left over wild rice and (fresh) ground turkey and was looking for a meat loaf recipe for both. This is the closest I came too. Instead of quinoa I used the left over wild rice. For the topping plain old ketchup. Everything else was pretty much exactly on. Oops, I added mushrooms too. LOVED IT! Thank you for giving a tasty recipe I could work off of with the ingredients I had!

Personal Portobello Pizza

These were so easy and good that I had to write my first review. I wiped them with a paper towel and used a spoon to clean out the cap of the stem and gills. I then threw them on the grill flipping to get rid of any liquid. Once I thought they were cooked enough I added my toppings. Yumm and so easy! I have a neighbor who loves to taste test any new recipes(or old for that matter) I try. She loved it too! Thanks for a great, simple recipe!

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Very good. Will definitely make again but will use a pizza dough. Yes, I did make changes only because of personal preference, used only 1/2 pound sausage, added pepperoni to make up the difference. The sauce was outstanding, did not add the fennel seed because I don't care for it and didn't have it (enough in the sausage). I cooked the liquid out of the tomatoes instead of draining them. Prebaked crust in a cornmeal coated cast iron pan as suggested. So yummy and filling! My husband works nights and he is going to love coming home to this!
