Apple Honey Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
WONDERFUL! Receiver rave reviews, changed a few things, did not shred apple, only chopped it, was to lazy to get out the food processor for 3 apples! and used applesauce instead of oil. I made ahead of time and refrigerated for Rosh Hoshanah, it was still moist and flavorful! Enjoy!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I just put this all together last night, and it made a huge pan!! and a small pan perfect for a few days of my hubby's lunch! I did as one review suggested by not "cooking" the noodles but just soaking them in hot water, will do this ALWAYS, worked very well. I also did not let the sauce simmer for more than 1/2 hour and then put it all together and placed it in the fridge and baked the next day. I think it really was the best lasagna I have EVER had! Thank you!

Swiss Steak Quick and Easy

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
This was very good, my hubby loved it. I chose it over chicken fried steak because it is lower in fat and calories. My husband is from a cattle farm and we get free meat and I never know what to make with the tenderized steak and I think we found a keeper! I did change a few things based on what I had in the house and personal preference but this was a great guide and we have a new favorite! Served over garlic mashed potatoes. Thanks for the recipe!

Honey-Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
Great flazor and very moist, I made it for Rosh Hoshanah. I cooked it in the crock pot for 6 hours, I was so worried that it was going to be dried out, but it was perfect. Served over brown rice.

Very good, for my first time making challah on my own I was surprised, will use the advise of friend and use oil and cornmeal on the pan. Loved the flavor though, eggy and sweet!
