I LOVE these cookies! They are sooo good. I flip the measurements for the flour and oatmeal. That way there is more oatmeal than flour, I like the texture better that way. made a few changes to cut down calories and fat: I add flax seed, cut amount of butter and sugar in half, put double the amount of pumpkin (as other reviewers mentioned), and eye ball the raisins.. I usually put more in, and add nutmeg and cloves. I never have walnuts on hand so don't usually put them in.
