Shaggy's Perfect Martini

A great base for a good martini! I left out the olives and added 1/2 ounce of cherry juice instead. Wonderful taste and light pink color.

Apple Crisp II

My boyfriend went back for seconds; he rarely does that. I doubled the amount of sauce, because I like it saucy. I had success using the same amount of farm-raised honey instead of brown sugar, and the same amount of canola oil in substitute for the butter. Also, I highly recommend Saigon cassia cinnamon... wow!

Baby Carrots with Dill Butter

I used lime juice instead of lemon; I just personally prefer lime to lemon in my recipes. I also used half a tablespoon of dried dill since I didn't have fresh. I used a little less than a pound of carrots, so I had plenty of sauce left over. I tossed the carrots and sauce with some whole wheat rotini. Delicious!

Chocolate Surprise

I'll be making these for a long time! I didn't use the frosting or nuts; they're fine the way they are. In the future, I'd like to brown the marshmallows slightly in order to give it a s'mores-style texture.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

This is absolutely delicious. I couldn't believe how mild yet flavorful the sauce was; I also like the idea of using a capped bottle for mixing the sauce. I'll be making this again in the near future.
