Ann's Dirty Rice
Made some modifications: 4 cups long grain white rice, 8 cups chicken stock, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1lb ground kobe beef, sliced beef kielbasa, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 large diced red onion, 2 stalk celery diced, 1 diced yellow bell pepper, 1 diced red bell pepper, cayenne pepper to taste, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves, Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Delish!!!

Scallop-Topped Portabello Mushrooms
Followed the recipe as is. Amazing! And presentation was excellent too! Reminded me of Hotate-Hokkaiyaki from Japanese restaurants. Think next time I will add fish roe to give it the crunchiness of Hotate-Hokkaiyaki. =)

Asian Chicken Salad
This was a great salad! Suggestions from other reviewers: 1. Baked Wonton Wrappers cut into strips, 2. Sesame oil is a must, 3. Added Hoisin Sauce to taste in the dressing. Will make again!
