Bake Sale Lemon Bars
Yum, yum, yum. I doubled the crust, but did not double the lemon mixture. I used a 1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon (I had a half left in the fridge) and 3/4 c. lemon juice. I added 3 drops of yellow food coloring. Made sure to keep track of the time, as to not burn the crust or lemon topping. Very good!!

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Made this for my fiancee who really enjoys shrimp. I don't like any type of seafood, so this was a very easy recipe for someone without much seafood cooking experience to follow. I followed previous suggestions and used frozen, deveined, shelled and tail off shrimp. My fiancee said he loved it!! Will certainly be making again, he ate every last bit! Thank you for the ease of this recipe.

Pretzel Turtles
These were really good. I imagine using circular style pretzels would be easier, but I could only find the mini's and they worked just fine. I used almonds instead of pecans as I am allergic, and they were really good. I live in a really hot area, so I had to put them in the fridge to harden, and it made them really nice and chewy. Easy to make and addicting!!!!
