This was good! I made it with heavy cream instead of wine as another review suggested. It didnt seem to have very much flavor so I whipped up a garlic alfredo sauce with some butter, heavy cream, minced garlic ,and a little salt and pepper and poured on top ... then I loved it! I guess thats not really the way it was supposed to be but good nonetheless! thanks!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

I think I may have done something wrong, because the batter was EXTREMELY watery and I had to add about a cup of flour to make it even stay in a circle on the pan. When I did get the batter thick enough to use, they had no flavor and were not very fluffy. will try again!

Best Chicken Ever

I made this with another reviews suggestion of adding onion soup to the sour cream! It was GREAT! I also made a mixture of crushed cornflakes, ritz crackers, and a little bit of italian bread crumbs. It was good but I will make it with only cornflakes next time as I think that may be the reason it had some soggy parts. Otherwise, tasted GREAT and the meat was SOOOO juicy and tender! My husband now calls it my "heavenly chicken" lol

World's Best Potato Salad

This potato salad was AMAZING. I only wish I had made more.Roomate said "best potato salad Ive ever had!" The only change I made was I used the red "butter" potatoes and it was very nice and creamy. I loved the sweetness and all the flavors. It was a bit of work, so maybe Ill double the recipe next time, Im pregnant and its a great thing to keep stock of in the fridge for a quick midnight snack :) Will make again.. and again ... and again! thanks for the recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

The name is absolutely true!! This was my second homemade lasagna ( the first was a DISASTER) and it was so easy and sooo tasty! The sauce was slightly thin to me at first , but the next day was nice and thick! I dont have a dutch oven so I just used a regular baking pan and covered with foil, and I also used the no boil noodles and it turned out great! I am going to use to sauce for my spaghetti for now on too! GREAT recipe!
