I replaced the flour with 'cream of wheat' and the yogurt with sour cream and milk. It turned out really good besides the fact that it was too wet, next time I will use less of the syrup.

Instead of using tomatoe juice i used crushed tomatoes canned and tomatoe sauce and less water it made it thicker and more delicious, I also added wishtesher sauce, red pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. It was absolutley delicious and sooo simple (this being the first time to make chili). Definatley will make it again soon.

Baked Ziti IV

This was a hardy meal it was filling and good but not really my thing. It wasnt so much an italian style baked ziti it didnt have oregano or anything. Also the rosemary tasted really out of place. I wish this recipe was a bit more sweet and tasteful. It was what I call "interesting". Not worth making again.

Maple Corn Bread

I changed up this recipe a bit; instead of oil i used applesauce and i also added honey but it was delicious i served it with honey butter which is just a mix of 1/2 honey 1/2 butter

Texas Spoon Bread

This recipe was good it could be sweeter and next time I will add chili powder and red pepper for a kick and also I added the corn meal in the milk all at once so it was kinda lumpy but still good just remember to slowly stir it in

Enchilada Casserole III

I absolutley loved this recipe it was the first enchilada I have ever made. It is a nice change of pace I will definatley make again, along with a few other people I too substituted the dry enchilada mix with a can of enchilada sauce. I also added chili pepper to the meat and paprika and salsa dry mix

Greek Penne and Chicken

This recipe was absolutley amazing my whole family loved it, instead of using penne pasta I used shells and grape tomatoes. I will definatley make it again.
