Butter Beef

Very easy and very yummy. I served with steamed brown and wild rice, not noodles. Kids want me to make again....that's always a good sign!

Vietnamese/Chinese Pork Chops

Kids and Hubby LOVED this. There wasn't a single leftover and they asked me to make more chops the next time I made it. Served with steamed jasmine rice and fresh sliced cucumber. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

Honey Glazed Pea Pods and Carrots

I used honey vs. sugar and added some dried blueberries and cranberries. I can't use walnuts or pecan due to allergies so I added some unsalted sunflower seeds. I send these out with my husband on the road (he's a truck driver). He loves them. It's amazing how some homemade foods portioned out and a vac. sealer can bring a bit of home out on the road!

Potato Leek Soup III

Only changes that I made was to add some roasted garlic. My family loves smooth cream soups and so I use my stick blender to it before serving. My husband added some leftover crumbed brown sugar bacon to garnish on night. I think we may have to make a batch of this along with the soup each time! YUMMY!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

I've made this twice now for my family in the last month. They LOVE it. I also added Worstershire sauce a tad heavier then called for. I also added fried onion to the top.
