About this Cook
Raised military. Married, have 2 children, Grayson (October 2007), and Addelyn (February 2011). I am a full time student going for my LPN for now, then eventually RN. I have 2 brothers, and with my husbands family combined we have 7 nephews and 5 Nieces.
My favorite things to cook
Cakes, Cookies
My favorite family cooking traditions
I remember as a little girl always going to my grandma's house, and all the women would congregate in the kitchen, while all the men watched football. I miss those days...
My cooking triumphs
Pumpkin cookies, Black Joe Cakes, Halushki, Chili
My cooking tragedies
I can't seem to master any kind of breakfast foods! I can't flip an egg, I always burn french toast, I can't fry bacon...maybe it is just because I don't eat it...that I can't master it. I just eat cereal or toast for breakfast. haha.

Shepherd's Pie
I jumped on the bandwagon and made a couple changes. I used Progresso Pot Stew added to the hamburger, and I did not add mushrooms. Other than that, I followed everything else and everyone loved it. I will be making this again.

Best Tuna Casserole
Very tasty, however, I did do a couple tweaks to it. I added the 2 cans of mushroom soup, and addded another can of cream of celery. It still was a little bit dry, so next time I may add some milk to it. I loved the taste, so I will be making this again. Thank you for the recipe!

Very good! I followed the ingredients to the nose..but my seeds were done in about 30 minutes. They're perfect! Thanks so much for this recipe! I'll be using it again!
