Have to give this 5 stars for ease of prep and number of compliments received. I used Lil Smokies and served with a spicy mustard. Honestly I was surprised by the popularity-it just seemed too simple and easy!. Will defintely add to my appetizer arsenal!

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Made this as instructed with the addition of a handful of butterscotch chips. I'm not sure if that is what put this over the edge for me, but it was too rich for my taste.

My Mother-in-Law's Cheese Sauce...ssshh Don't Tell Her

The flavor on this was actually pretty good, but the consistency of the recipe as written was way too watery. It took a LONG time to thicken and only after what can only be described as a "flour frenzy" took place as we were trying to get it on the table for Christmas dinner. Needless to say, we added too much and while it was great on the table it did form quite a thick paste after sitting. Could be user error, but I'll pass on this one next time

Sweet Potato Pie I

Good and easy. I used a sweet potato as called for, but the color was not what I have seen on any other sweet potato pie I've had. I must have had yam pie, because this had a yellow/brown color, not a pretty orange. Thrown off by that, but it tasted pretty good.

Pumpkin Dip

I like this one a lot and have had requests for the recipe. I would reccommend putting the dip in a hollowed out pumkin or with a little tag to identify what it is though. I had people pass it up because they thought it was a peanutbutter dip of some sort, or just didn't know what it was. Really yummy though!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

What a great recipe. It really is my favorite. It tastes just like a popper! I haven't tried it with the parmasean cheese though, only cheddar. Seems like a better fit.

Amazing Chicken

This recipe was so easy and delicious. Super moist chicken. I used the Italian breadcrumbs and added some Parmesean cheese. My four year old loves to help cook and this was a fun one for her.

Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker

My husband and I LOVED this stew. Delicious! Really adds something special and different to stew. I made it pretty much as directed with a few changes, no jalepeno, ground ginger rather than fresh, tomatoes w/green chiles and onions, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a pinch of tumeric. I also added carrots. So yummy!

My grandmother made a recipe very similiar to this, although she used a can of condensed tomato soup/can water instead of the tomato juice. And no carrots, but I'm sure they'd be good too.

A great margarita recipe. I haven't made them yet, but had some at a party and they were delicious. Made with 7-up instead of the water, and Corona for the beer. Tasty!

French Beef Stew
