This recipe is sinfully delicious. I did modify it some. I basically followed the recipe exactly as stated in the original recipe. Once I got to a frosting like consistency, I added 2 tbs of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup extra confectioners sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Beat it another 5 minutes until the extra ingredients were incorporated. I used a 2 tbs ice cream scoop and just dropped them onto my parchment lined cookie sheet. 15 cookies on the sheet lasted 12 minutes in oven on 350. They are undeniably perfect. Just the cookie I had dreamed of.
