Taste is good, however, that is if you can get the cookie to your mouth before it breaks into sizes perfect for feeding ants. These crumble regardless of chilling dough, mixing in 3 parts, chilling on/off cookie sheet. My hubby things they taste like whipped flour. Sorry, but these just arent for us. I wanted to do cookies that my young daughters could decorate and this was a wasted day!

Navajo Fry Bread II

This was very easy and tasty. I don't think I patted mine out flat enough, I ended up with an inch thick bread that was fairly dense. It was still delicous with honey and butter, and great for dipping into our chili. I did reduce the salt quite a bit per other reviewers recommendations. Also had to reduce the milk a tad to be able to work with the sticky dough. I will make this again, I think it would replace a lot times I use biscuits. Thanks for the quick and easy bread recipe!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This was a nice simple, tasty and refreshing way to serve chicken. When you eat chicken like my household does (5 times a week) a change is always welcomed. This will be made again. I made it exactly to direction, I will omit the mayo next time. It didn't mix well and I think omitting it wouldn't really effect the taste. I used a chile dijon mustard from Dean and Deluca and it was fab. My husband stated as others have mentioned, that he isn't a big fan of honey mustards, but did enjoy this one. I doubled sauce as other readers for double dipping, glad I did. We have a birds nest in our bbq right now, so unable to bbq. Therefore, I lowered my oven rack to about 8 inches below broiler and broiled. Turned out great! thanks for a much welcomed change!

Linguine with Asparagus, Bacon, and Arugula

Yummy, and even good the next day. Can supbsitute with so many different veggies and toss with spinach. Never thought to use greens with pasta, will use forever in the future! thanks for the great recipe

Feta Chicken

My husband (a feta lover) scarfed this down. I will have to make again for him. I will make mine the way I love it with mushrooms and muenster. Added a little evoo to the tops for some browning. Overall, a nice simple middle of the week recipe.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Was good, but the times on the baking I think were short and the times on the broiling too long. Dill sauce was nice and refreshing, didn't have horseradish, nor care for it, but replaced with some cayenne pepper. My husband liked it very much!

New York Cheesecake III

Excellent cheesecake, and I know my cheesecakes! Omitted one egg, other than that made as directed. Made also as a layered cheesecake with a top chocolate layer. Yummy, thanks for the great recipe!
