This was a nice simple, tasty and refreshing way to serve chicken. When you eat chicken like my household does (5 times a week) a change is always welcomed. This will be made again. I made it exactly to direction, I will omit the mayo next time. It didn't mix well and I think omitting it wouldn't really effect the taste. I used a chile dijon mustard from Dean and Deluca and it was fab. My husband stated as others have mentioned, that he isn't a big fan of honey mustards, but did enjoy this one. I doubled sauce as other readers for double dipping, glad I did. We have a birds nest in our bbq right now, so unable to bbq. Therefore, I lowered my oven rack to about 8 inches below broiler and broiled. Turned out great!
thanks for a much welcomed change!
