Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
WEAR GLOVES while working with the jalapenos!! You've been warned. And if you still didn't listen...use rubbing alcohol to help the burning to stop. Boiling the 'penos for 4 minutes definitely helped take the hotness out of them. Enjoy!

Quick Alfredo Sauce
This was VERY quick and fairly good in taste. Like the others said, it is a bit bland as the recipe stands, but could easily be kicked up in flavor with some extra spices. Next time I might add a little Cajun seasoning in mine. The kids loved it though! Thanks for saving my dinner tonight!

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
I have to give this five stars because my picky-picky eater hubby and daughter SCARFED this down. I did things a little different in preparing it though. I used Fiesta Party Dip mix instead of red peppers and instead of baking it, I sauteed in a frying pan. I put a Tbsp of butter in the pan, dropped in about a rounded tsp of minced garlic and half of the herb/salt mix. Spread it around in the pan and then layed my cut up chicken breast in the pan, covered and cooked for five minutes. Sprinkled the rest of the herb mix on top, flipped the chicken in the pan to brown the other side then transferred to a baking sheet. I then broiled the herbed chicken breast with shredded mozzerella/asiago cheese on top. Also instead of slice tomato, I put about a cup full of canned crushed tomatoes in the pan that I sauteed the chicken in and let that cook to get warm and slightly thickened and served a dollop of this tomato sauce on top of each piece of chicken. I served this over penne rosa and it was a big hit/definite keeper!
