Baked Potato Soup I

This soup is sooooooo good. Very easy and very filling. I added a little extra milk at the end because it was a little thicker than I liked but other than that it was perfect.

Flavor is good but the ingredient amounts seem way off. Not nearly enough red sauce (I used a 45 oz jar and was still short). Not enough mozzerella. Would have liked to make 3 layers instead of 2 but ran out of sauce and mozzerela. Since I only had 2 layers, I had a lot of cheese mix and noodles left over.

City Chicken

It was o.k. I wouldn't make it again. All the flour coating rinsed off in the chicken broth leaving plain, very bland meat. I loved city chicken as a child and I will just have to keep looking for a recipe that works.

Easy Meatloaf

Great flavor. Tasted just like my mom used to make. Took alot longer than an hour to cook (more like 90 minutes).

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Good basic recipe. I found it to be somewhat 'wet'. I ended up adding extra broccoli. Next time I would cut the dressing amount almost in half. Other than that it was excellent.
