Sweet and Savory Ribs

By far the best ribs I have ever had! I used Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce and added a little bit of honey. Fantastic!

Homemade Tomato Sauce I

The only part of this recipe I really followed was boiling and peeling the tomatoes. I wanted a recipe that didn't use canned tomatoes but fresh instead! So easy and great. I added my own spices (crushed red pepper, black pepper, sugar, basil, salt, oregano, etc). I also made it into a vodka sauce. Great easy recipe!!

Awesome recipe! So easy to make. My husband thought is was phenomenal and can't stop eating it. Add a little crushed red pepper if you like it spicy!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Fantastic! So easy to do and it looked so professional. Great for Mother's Day! I drizzled white chocolate on top too. I did have a problem when I tried to melt the white chocolate in the micro. and ended up using some Wilton white chocolate melts in the micro. instead. The double boiler worked great for both semi-sweet and dark chocolate. I took someone else's advice and used Ghirardelli and it turned out great!

French Buttercream Frosting

This recipe was ok. A not so sweet buttercream. If I made it again I wouldn't use shortening and use a lot more powdered sugar than called for. It does get a too greasy flavor.

Oh my gosh! This recipe is so good! I used it for a grooms cake and got rave reviews. You need to double it to cover a 2 layer 8-inch round.
