High Flavor Bran Bread

This is WONDERFUL bread. I threw in some ground flax, and used wheat bran instead of bran cereal, but otherwise followed the recipe as stated. I used the dough cycle and then baked the bread in the oven. Fantastic! I got 2 medium sized loaves out of this recipe.

Pepperoni Drop Biscuits

I followed the recipe for the ingredients but then baked them in a muffin pan. It was a giant mess as they completely stuck to the pan. Next time I will DEFINITELY grease the pan first - the instructions say ungreased, but it didn't work. Taste was terrific, though!

Pumpkin Coconut Bread

Fabulous recipe!!! Smells absolutely heavenly while baking. I substituted apple sauce for the oil, and only used 2 eggs. I made half the batch in a mini-muffin tin, and the other half in a loaf pan. Excellent! I will definitely make this again!!
