Delicious! I did it without a bread machine using instructions from another reviewer. This bread came out wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cathedral Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2009
I included this recipe in the big holiday cookie bake that my sister and I do every year. They were a big hit! A different kind of cookie and they are really pretty (and yummy!)

Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2009
I've mastered the harder stuff but I've never made deviled eggs (I know...go figure!) ...we had a big New Year's party and I made a pretty big batch...there wasn't a single one left! I used the advise of another reviewer and filled the eggs using a ziploc bag with the corner cut off. They were beautiful and they were a hit! Love this recipe.

Red Velvet Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
Came out perfect! My husband requested a red velvet cake as his birthday cake this year so I gave this recipe a shot. I took the advice of another reviewer and took the cake out of the oven just before it was completely cooked and let it sit in the pans for a while. It came out moist and absolutely perfect! I'll definitely be adding it to my cake repertoire!

Jalapeno Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
I used filleted boneless breasts (about 1/2 inch thick)so I baked the chicken with the rub only for about 7 minutes, then basted a few times with a total of about 15 minutes in the 450 oven. They were delicious! I will make this again!

Ray's Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2013
This was perfect! I only changed one thing...I substituted garlic infused olive oil instead of the vegetable oil and garlic clove. I served it at our Super Bowl party and EVERYONE loved it! When you serve ribs and steak the chicken doesn't usually get eaten so quickly but this chicken was gone! I marinated overnight and it was fine. I also made it again and marinated for about an hour and a half and it was just as good.
