AWESOME! love, love love these noodles! Added some Italian seasoning to the flour and salt mix. Also used the dough hook on my stand mixer. Great recipe, Thank you!

New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

AMAZING!!!!!!! I followed other reviewers recommendations and added some cajun & creole seasoning and 1/2 lb of shrimp. My family loved it, will definitely be making this again.

This is a fabulous gravy recipe! My family loved it! Because we like thinks rich & spicy I added some red pepper flakes to the sausage as it cooked and replaced some of the milk with heavy cream! Delish!

Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Bacon

Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

This is a GREAT & very quick salad! Even my vegetable hating 6 year old loved it "cuz mommy I can't even taste the broccoli, this is so cool"! Definate keeper!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

place a little smokie on top of cajun seasoned cream cheese then wrap with bacon! We've been making them this way for years & they totally ROCK! you'll never get higher praise from guests! =)

Merritt's Butternut Squash Gratin

Absolutely awesome. My son who doesn't like squash, really like this! Only down side is that it makes alot and doesn't reheat well! We will definatly be making this again

Mom's Zucchini Bread

With out a doubt the best Zucchini Bread. I followed other users suggestions and substituted 1/2 the oil for applesauce and have the white sugar for brown! All I can say is AWESOME!!

Jalapeno-Blue Cheese Burgers

AWESOME BURGER! definately the only burgers we're making from now on! I followed the recipe exactly. We cooked them on our Traeger grill/smoker! absolutely fabulous!
