Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Great side dish. I also diced the onions and added some sourcream as many suggested. I used a mild, sharp, and a white cheddar mix. Only because the supermarket was out of the regular cheddar brand I like. I also added a minced clove of garlic and topped it with bread crumbs for some texture. My husband loved it. I would make this again in a heartbeat. I love a side dish that you can forget about in the oven for over an hour while you prepare the rest of dinner.
