My heritage is Norwegian, so my mom and I have always made Krum Kaga at Christmas each year. Krum Kaga looks like a waffle cone, but not closed on the end, and much thinner.

I lived in an apartment that had my kitchen downstairs and dining room upstairs. Once I made these incredible baked onion potatoes and fell while I was walking up the stairs... my potatoes went everywhere!! There was no salvaging any b/c I lived in the apt. with other people and the floor was not the cleanest.

Baked French Toast
I loved this!! I made a mistake and added the brown sugar to the egg mixture (didn't read the directions first). BUT it turned out fantastic!!! I didn't make any sauce- just ate it like that, was hot and crispy. I won't make it any different from now on...

Double Tomato Bruschetta
I forgot the cheese, so I just left it off. I think it would be better without it. I made it as an appetizer for guests, and everyone raved about it. I snacked on it for a couple days afterward. Thank you so much for this great recipe!
