Mocha Bundt Cake

I followed the cake directions exactly and was rewarded with rich, chocolatey goodness. As printed, the glaze recipe was way too sweet for me, so I just put some cocoa in to offset the sweetness.

Quick Biscuits

Extremely easy, very basic recipe which will be easy to adapt for different meals. Like a few others, I had to use a bit more cream than the recipe called for. I also used whole wheat pastry flour (which is all I had in the cupboard) and they turned out great!

Whole Wheat Muffins

Great basic muffin recipe! I have never made muffins before, and these have a good flavor and were easy to make. Next time I will try throwing in a handful of cranberries or something similar.

Olive Bread

I made this recipe exactly as given, and it yielded two lovely loaves of bread. Will definitely make again! Edit: My bread looks NOTHING like the picture, which I'm pretty sure is a picture of a completely different recipe.

Creole Stuffed Tomatoes

I had a lot more stuffing than I needed, so I used it to surround the tomatoes in the baking dish, topped with a little butter and a sprinkling of bread crumbs. Delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!
