Petite Blanquette de Poulet a l'Estragon (Tarragon Chicken)

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
As others have said, this is time consuming but totally worth it! I actually really enjoyed making this, all the steps, while many, were easy and there is plenty of time for wine in between steps! My family really enjoyed this and we felt very french while eating it! Tastes fresh and was great with broccoli and french bread ( or really flaky biscuts)!

Blueberry-Blackberry Rustic Tart

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
This was very easy and delicious. I didn't make any changes or substitutions. I even let my daughter eat it for breakfast with some eggs on the side, made a great "coffee cake"!

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
These are really good. I made them early in the morning to take to the zoo and they were perfect. Moist, light bannana flavor. I used brown sugar instead of white, no nuts, added some ginger and applesauce because I only had one bannana. Still very good!

Raspberry Lemonade Pie

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
This pie is sooo good and it looks really pretty when you cut it open. I made some changes though. I thought there was way too much fat, so I used fat free cream cheese and fat free cool whip and then used sugar free lemon jello and reduced-fat graham cracker crust. Not only was this just as good it cuts the calories in half and the fat down to almost nothing!

Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
This was the most amazing dessert. I took it to a bar-b-q and the men raved so much that they told my husband they were coming to live with us if I would make it everyday! :) Huge hit! I did add carmel sauce in addition to the hot fudge and used extra creamy cool whip!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2008
My husband requested some monkey bread one night and I knew just where to go. This was so easy, my 5 year old helped me roll the biscuts in the cinnamon sugar and place them in the pan - we had fun and then the finished product was amazing, my husband and daughter created a monkey bread dance and all was right with the world. Make this recipe!

Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
We made this for new years 2008 and it was such an easy and tasty recipe. I did add a tablespoon of brown sugar like the other reviews mentioned but everything else I did exact. I also strained the greens before serving and kept the juice for dippin! Awesome recipe!

This is such an easy and fun recipe. My daughter loves these when she comes home from school and so does my husband actually. I add some broccoli and a salad and we have a quick yummy dinner. I used 2 hot dog piece per muffin and it was great! This is a staple recipe in our house-- quick, easy, fun and cheap!

Basic British Scones

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
This was a very easy, very tasty recipe. I actually used a cookie cutter and made cute little shapes of my scones and people loved them. I added lemon zest about a 1/2 cup more sugar so they were slightly sweeter.
