Mongolian Beef II

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
My mom has made this recipe for years and it is a great addition to my dinner rotation. It's very easy to make and very easy to "tweak" for your own personal taste.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
Super easy and tasty too. My husband enjoyed it very much. A great new way fix a pot roast! My kids had a great time eating it too. Add a lot of swiss and grilled onions and you have perfection. The sauce is wonderful and I even used the leftover au jus as a base for a bowl of french onion soup!

Peppermint Eggnog Punch

Reviewed: May 16, 2009
I've made this for years and now it is a true family tradition. WONDERFUL and probably my favorite recipe from this site.I would make it year round if only eggnog was available. Only suggestion would be to repost under "eggnog punch" so other eggnog lovers can enjoy! Thank you so much for the recipe!

Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: May 16, 2009
I literally just got finished eating this and it is really good. I did make the following adjustments (although the original recipe is probably wonderful as is. I am bad about measurements since I am a taster. I used ground turkey, added pepperoni, entire package of reduced fat cream cheese, like 2-3 cloves of garlic and a handful of fresh basil and a lot of parmesean to the "white" part and added red pepper flakes, cooking wine and sugar to the sauce (I usually add these to my spaghetti sauce). I also tossed the pasta with additional parm. cheese and olive oil to the pasta. I tossed the "white part" with the pasta as well. I know this sounds like a lot of changes, but this is a really great recipe that can be changed to your liking.

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
Just finished (seriously-dishes still sitting on the table). CRAZY good!! New favorite-hands down. It is spicy-which is great for me since I always add extra spice. This was perfect! Only change-added some pineapple in w/mango. Thought is would be a good combo and it worked beautifully. Thanks so much for a great recipe. One of the best !
