Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

This is a great basic recipe that I use all the time. I have two young kids and it's so easy to make and everyone always wants the recipe. I did take other reviewers advice and put 2 eggs and 3 T of water. I also change up the cake mix with a brownie cake mix sometimes but its definitely the best with the white cake mix. Thanks for the recipe!

Carrot Rice

This recipe is really original and ties in random ingredients that i would never put together but together tastes like one great party in your mouth. i didnt pulverize the peanuts, just crushed them by hand and added extra carrots and some garlic. needs a bunch of salt. delicious, thanks.

Eggplant Parmesan II

It's Chili by George!!

This recipe is fantastic and so easy! Instead of having dessert, my guests had 3rd's of the chili! I gave out the recipe to one of my friends and she came back thanking me for finding her such a great recipe. Thanks George!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was by far the best cheesecake that I've ever made/tasted. The cake did crack but I didn't put it into a water bath, however, I did leave it in the oven for awhile. But appearance doesn't matter when the taste is out of thos world and it was so easy to make!

Golden Rum Cake

absolutely delicious! so easy and i never have any leftovers. i had guests sleeping at my house and they had it for breakfast and then lunch dessert and dinner dessert. they couldnt get enough. i do not add the nuts though and change the glaze to a confectioner sugar glaze. just my preference.

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad

Very Good. The dressing could use a little more spice to it, like chili powder or pepper or something. But I have to say that the bowl was empty at then end. I did not use the fried onions, I just grilled red onions and put them on and also marinades the chicken breast in bbq sauce.
