Baked Ziti I

Fantastic! I used ground turkey which I seasoned with pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. I used ricotta cheese and mixed it with the sour cream. I followed everything else and I covered it. Saved in my recipe box!

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Soooo tasty! I cut back on the oil just a touch and added some lemon juice for extra kick. Make sure to heat the orange juice when making the glaze so its nice and smooth. This one is a keeper.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

I made this chicken for the guys at the office at they all cleaned their plates. I used large pieces of split chicken breast so that all portions would be the same. Great, easy recipe. Don't change a thing!

Creamy Rice Pudding

I have made this several times and I just love it. I use dark brown sugar with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg for extra flavor. Yummy every time!

Banana Bread Cookies

Two bananas is definitely the way to go. I added a 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract along with the vanilla. Very tasty!

Fancy Joes

Very simple and good. I've made these with chicken and another time with turkey. Try to use Manwich extra bold sauce for a nice kick. Just one cup of left over rice is plenty. Three cups is way too much. Yum!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I

I added added a half a can of chinese stir fry vegetables to make this a little more authentic. This made a nice enough lunch but I probably won't make it for guests.

Baked Haddock

I use this recipe to make bluefish which has very strong flavor. My friends go fishing a lot and they used to throw the bluefish back but now they bring them to me for a great dinner. Always a big hit. Thanks!

Chicken Stir-Fry

Pretty tasty! I did add some brown sugar to the soy sauce combo to baste the chicken. I used carrots instead of the celery for a great taste and brighter colors. Thanks!

Creme Brulee II

This turned out great! Yes, you have to add more eggs to get the right texture. I used 8 egg yolks for 6 servings. Skip the step with the foil and make sure they set for at least 5 or 6 hours. Good stuff!
