Best Spanish Rice

Amazing!! I used One Cup Of Rice Instead Of 1.5 & After It Was Done Cooking As Directed I Put A Few Handfuls Of Mexican Shredded Cheese On Top And Baked In A 6X9 Baking Dish For 5 Mins At 325°. Definitely A Keeper!!!
