Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
Delicious! I omitted the green chiles bc I don't like them. I also usually add an extra can of chicken broth and it is perfect!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
Yummy!!! The only thing I would change is probably to halve the breadcrumbs & parmesan in the chicken coating, I threw a lot out. Maybe use the leftover parm to sprinkle over the top.

Honeydew Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
This was really good. I wanted dessert one night and couldn't think of anything to have. I stumbled across this recipe and happened to have a honeydew, so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did! Tasted great with a dollop of whipped cream on top too.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
Very, very good! I took the advice of others and used only about 4 ounces of velveeta, and probably about 1-1/2 cups of medium cheddar cheese. I also did not use chopped broccoli, I used florets. This recipe makes a TON of food! It does keep very well in the fridge for leftovers though! Great soup, great for getting picky kids to eat broccoli. I have made variations of this using broccoli and carrots, and I made asparagus cheese soup too. Very good base recipe. Add your own seasonings to make it how you like it.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
These cookies are super yummy!!! They taste like pumpkin bread, but cookies! I also used pumpkin pie spice instead and added cinnamon to the frosting. Delish!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Yummy!!! I used a pork roast, tenderloins are so expensive, you really shouldn't waste them in the slow cooker when a cheaper cut of meat works just as well. But the sauce was super delish!

This chicken was super yummy and moist! It was not quite as cheesy as I thought it might be, but I really liked it!

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2009
This was good, but not my favorite twice-baked mashed potato recipe. Pretty easy to make for a weeknight though.

Famous Pork Chops

These were so good! I normally am not a big fan of pork chops, but I loved these. They probably are not the healthiest, but they are worth it!

Smothered Bacon Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2008
This was sooooooooo delicious. I actually changed a few things though. I used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom, and I substituted honey mustard for the sour cream. I also sauteed mushrooms and put them over the top like someone else suggested. It was so good!!!!!

Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2008
This was so delicious. My family absolutely loved it and it was great as leftovers the next day! The only change I made was to cook and then cut the chicken into little cubes instead of shredding it. Great easy recipe!!!

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
This recipe was a super easy and very tasty Mexican meal. It goes well with Mexican style rice and refried or black beans. I have also made it with a sort of "topping" of crumbled up tortilla chips which is really good too.
