Bailey's Banana Colada

My husband and I also enjoyed this drink on our honeymoon. Our version is a little different. We use ice, pina colada mix, bananas and irish cream. I have made it for various occasions and everyone wants to know how to make it and if they can have more!!

Horseradish Corn on the Cob

I have been making corn on the cob like this for years and no longer make it the old way (with butter only).I don't use the horseradish. And if you don't have the 45 minutes to bake it, its great after 15 or 20 minutes as well.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

I think this should be called a dessert instead of a pie. The bottom layer is not a true crust. It is more of a summer cobbler.

Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

A wonderfully zesty dip. I served it with cracked pepper crackers, and there wasn't a crumb left!
