Baked Potato Soup I
My family LOVED this soup. I over baked the potatoes a bit and left the skin on them and it was still very good. Next time i'll take the skin off, I found that I didn't enjoy the skin as much when I ate it.

Pecan Pie V
I thought this recipe was EASY and Delicious! I didn't fill the pie up very full though. Maybe next time I will double the recipe. For as long as I had it in, my crust got very dark though. Eitherway it was devoured by all!
