My partner is limited in what he can safely eat so we're restricted to primarily poultry and fish dishes. So anything related to those two restrictions is what I try to work with.

We're still creating traditions since I started cooking. But Pastas, Potatoes, and Fish/Poultry are what I try to create.
My cooking triumphs
Everything I've tried from Allrecipes has been almost fail-safe. I don't know what I would do without allrecipes and have found some basic ingredient constants that have allowed me to try my hand at meals without having a allrecipes printout in front of me.
My cooking tragedies
No real tragedies, but I have problems with measuring pasta in volumes other than 12 or 16oz. If the pasta recipe calls for something other than those package size (12 or 16oz) measurements I'm in trouble.
