Honestly, I just thought this tasted like any other ham & cheese sandwich I have ever had. It wasn't bad, but with the good reviews I expected something great. I did find they were better days later, out of the freezer, just warmed in the microwave.

Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad

I don't normally like pasta salad but needed a salad to take to a picnic & didn't want the usual. This was very good, even my pickiest child liked it. I forgot to add the sugar to the dressing but didn't miss it. Added some red pepper for color. Will be making again next weekend for a bbq!

Sticky Apple Biscuits

These were delicious! The only change I made was (because of sheer laziness) I substituted biscuit mix for the flour, baking powder, salt, shortening & butter. I made the dough according to the directions for rolled biscuits, added the cinnamon & apple & followed the recipe from there. Will definitely make again!

Caramelized Bacon Twists

Delicious. I used a broiler pan, lined the bottom with foil & all the fat drained off & clean up was a snap! Will definitely make again.

Yummy Pork Chops

Good recipe. I didn't have enough Italian dressing so I added some Balsamic Vinaigrette. Very tasty & so easy. Will make again.

Parmesan Potatoes

Definitely tasty. I didn't have enough regular potatoes, so I did half white, half sweet potatoes & I boiled them earlier in the day. That way at dinner time I just had to toss with the seasonings & the cooking time was shorter.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

The kids actually loved these, even my 7 year old who won't eat burgers of any kind. The only thing I changed was I threw all of the ingredients into the food processor & mixed it all together that way. I had to add a little extra bread crumbs & I substituted taco seasoning for the chili powder & cumin. I baked them & for the last couple of minutes I turned on the broiler just to crisp the outside a little. So easy & tasty, thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I make this all the time. The kids love it. The only change I make is I add chicken broth instead of beer, I'm not wild about the taste of beer in soups. I also quite often leave out the corn & add more beans instead. Delicious & easy!

Italian Rice Balls

I made quite a few changes to this recipe & had great results. I added some grated cheddar cheese and some green onions for more flavor. Then I made the mix into patties instead of balls, I mixed the parmesan cheese in with the bread crumbs & coated the patties. After that I panfried them in olive oil instead of deep frying. They were really good served as a side dish with chicken. Even the kids enjoyed them. Thanks for the idea.

Chicken N Biscuits

I made this exactly by the recipe except doubled everything and added some cooked diced potatoes. It was delicious even my pickiest kids ate it. Great recipe!
