Baked Kale Chips
excellent. i used my hands to massage oil onto leaves to use less. I made 3 batches with different seasonings. Old bay, then carribean jerk and one with chicken seasoning lightly sprinkled on. they all tasted good. i think you can use whatever flavoring you like. baked 10 minutes, took out and tossed them around and back in for 6 mins at 350

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
good recipe. thought it needed more flavor. I used homemade onion soup mix, dash worchestershire, italian seasoning, garlic. shredded cheese instead of chunk. chopped celery and carrot in processor and added. I use ketchup instead of milk with the egg and bread crumbs. And, the guy from cincinnati I believe is referring to CHILI sauce with a touch of br sugar on top. thats how i was brought up eating meatloaf

Ceil's Cucumber Slices
very good. i keep this in fridge all the time. use red pepper vs green (we dont care for gr pepper)and rice vinegar vs white. i tried cilantro this last time per reviews and liked it i love cilantro. i add pepper and i dont bother cooking. just mix it all up and refrigerate. i use in lettuce wraps, chinese chicken salad and as a side dish. on camping trips and BBQ's. use equal instead of sugar since we're eating healthier these days
