As someone else said, this recipe has a lot of potential. Although it's not my favorite, I like it because both my son and husband will wolf it down and it's super easy to make. It's yummy as-is but I'll experimenting later. I will be using this one again!

My husband, who is a joker with a weird sense of humor, said when he got seconds, "I suppose I have to eat some more of this to make you happy. It's the best you've ever made!" LOL! He also told me I could make it again for dinner tomorrow. This is one of the easiest, best recipes I've ever found on this site. After reading some of the reviews the only thing I changed was to use a mixture of cream of chicken soup and sour cream. I didn't have enough chicken from the last chicken I roasted so I supplemented it with canned chicken. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Guess who just came back for thirds? He also said I can print this recipe out and frame it. All I can say is, "YUM!"

This is always how I make mashed potatoes and I never have leftovers. Another add-in that I sometimes use is a packet of dry Ranch dressing mix. I also like to leave the skins on the potatoes for a little extra flavor and all the good vitamins.

Heavenly is right! The only problem I had was that this recipe made way too much for my husband and me. However, this would be the perfect dish for a potluck dinner. I want to try to make this again using shredded hash browns instead of quartered potatoes. So good!

Oh my! This meatloaf is outrageously good. I don't like "traditional" meatloaf so I'm always looking for something different to do since my husband LOVES meatloaf. I made it last night and he finished up the leftovers for lunch today.

Oh my goodness! Where has this recipe been all my life? This is the best recipe for tender and juicy chicken I have ever run across. I stuffed the cavity with onion instead of carrots and I used my favorite Cavender's Greek seasoning on the bird. The meat was so tasty and juicy, especially the breast which tends to dry out. I made it for Sunday dinner and used the leftovers on Tuesday night for enchiladas. Delicious! I don't think I'll ever roast a chicken (or turkey!) without bacon again.

This was easy to make but nothing special. I also didn't use the wine and I don't think it would have improved the flavor. However when I did add some pepper,garlic powder (there's enough salt in the soup) and 8 oz. of sour cream it made a pretty good beef stroganoff.

This is wonderful! I didn't use the red pepper flakes since I'm not a big fan of spicy food and I don't think it detracted from the dish at all. I love the blend of sweet and savory flavors and in my book anything topped with cheese is great! I will be making this again.

This is very tasty and very easy to make. I couldn't fit 6 chicken breasts in my 9 x 13-inch casserole so I only used 4; since I was only cooking for my husband and me it was just enough. I did add a teaspoon of tarragon, a dash of pepper, and a dash of onion powder to the soup/milk mixture for a little extra flavor. I also had thinner chicken breasts so it didn't take as long to cook. This is a recipe that will be used again and again.

Excellent! I used frozen sliced carrots instead of baby carrots and it turned out great. Even my husband who doesn't like vegetables liked this.

I made this as a side dish with brats and it was great. My husband and I love blue cheese, bacon, and potatoes so this recipe was a natural for us. The blue cheese adds a little bite without being overwhelming. I suggest that if you really like more blue cheese flavor use more cheese or a stronger variety of blue cheese. I will definitely be making this again.

Excellent! My husband and I enjoyed this for dinner one night and had the leftovers for lunch the next day. This is a recipe I will definitely make again. The only thing I would change would be a little less salt. There is enough salt in the soy sauce that 1 teaspoon of salt is a little much for my personal taste; maybe half a teaspoon is enough. But this is very easy and delicious! I'm passing this recipe on to my friends.

The first thing my husband said (when he came up for air) was, "Is there more?" This was so easy to prepare and so tasty. I didn't change or add anything to the recipe. I used honey barbecue sauce which gave it just a little sweetness. I will be making this again. Someone had suggested making a cornbread topping and I'm going to try that.

A very good basic hummus! I haven't tried any different add-ins yet but I will in the future.

This chicken has a nice flavor and is very moist. It's good and I will probably make it again but it isn't anything special. For an easy and tasty every day dinner it's great.

Excellent recipe! I used the bite-size tortilla chips on the bottom and they were perfect. Since I only had thick & chunky salsa on hand I left a little of the liquid on the beans so there would be some moisture in the casserole. I will definitely be making this again!

Excellent! I used it on pork chops instead of chicken and found I was out of tarragon so I used marjoram and a little mint. This is so good with these substitutions that I can't wait to make it with the proper herbs on chicken! The sauce is also great with pork.

This casserole has a very good flavor but using regular sandwich bread it's a little soggier than I like. I will definitely make it again. I will probably cut down on the milk by 1/4 cup or use a much heartier bread to absorb the liquid

Very good recipe. I like the blend of flavors in the coating. I will be making this for my family again.
