I was never a fan for pot roast, because I just couldent get it just right I guess... I dident have a slow cooker big enough for my roast when I made this... So I cooked it in a roasting for 2 hours.. and oh my gosh!! it was the best roast I ever made... Thank you so very much for submitting this recipe... My family just went nuts over this....:)

Yam Casserole

Thirty Day Friendship Cake

The cake was wonderful the second time... The first time i made it with the rum, and no one would eat it.. so I through away the starter for that, and made it without the rum and it was a HIT!!! Thank you so much....

WOW IM SO SURPRISED!!! I JUST MADE THIS TODAY 4/23/2000 EASTER!!! AND WE LOVED IT... WE ARE ON THE DIABETIC ASSOCIATION GUID LINES DIET...MOVE GROOVE AND LOSE WITH RICHARD SIMMONS... AND THIS SIDE DISH WAS PERFECT FOR US TO BE ABLE TO STILL FALLOW OUR DIET WE JUST USED LOW FAT MARGERINE AND 1% MILK.. AND WOW IT WAS FANTASTIC...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS GREAT RECIPE...
