Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies
These are ok... Not as moist as I would have hoped for-even making larger cookies and undercooking them. I did use the pumpkin pie spice-but only half and wasn't impressed with the flavor. I made mine into large balls which made for a nice cookie. I think 3 cups of oats are too many if you are adding anything extra-nuts,raisins etc.Mine seem over-run with oats and need more cookie... If that makes sense! I think 3 cups should be the total amount of these things combined in order to have a nice balance cookie and ingredients

Slow Cooker Stuffing
Don't be afraid-give this a try!! What a snap to make and the flavor was great.Another holiday staple has entered the recipe book! I think next time I will leave out the high setting cook time-seemed the stuffing was done in 4 hours and just overcooked after that. I also played with the broth as it's easy to just add more if it's too dry for your tastes. Used baby bella mushrooms and really liked this recipe. As stated earlier- It tasted better after 4-5 hours of cooking instead of 8.

Baked Corn I
This dish was very easy to make and delicious as well. I used fresh frozen corn instead of canned and to really make this dish special- I sprinkle a crushed up tube of Ritz crackers- with scattered pats of butter on top...makes it fabulous!! I agree- cooking in a foil pan took forever!
