Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
I made this recipe, but with turkey kielbasa and fat free cheese, added a teaspoon of dry mustard. I feel like the kielbasa over powers it a bit, maybe dice the kielbasa instead, next time. Also it was a decent flavor, but something was missing. I'm not quite sure what.

Wonderful Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
AMAZING! Followed the instructions, used 3 very ripe bananas, added 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of pineapple extract, tiny splash of coconut extract, and about 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and 1/2 cup of finely chopped almonds. Kept an eye on them while they were baking and the mini bundt cakes were ready in about 20 min and round cake after 35 min. No frosting needed!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
So simple to make. I scaled it down to 12 servings because I didn't think I would need very much, that was two weeks ago and I'm about to have to make another batch. I'm not even a huge fan of salads and I'm a picky eater, but this was really good! I made a huge greek salad with this dressing for a dinner party and everyone raved about how good it was!

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
Didn't use Splenda, and left out the chocolate chips (my boyfriend hates chocolate-he's wierd, I know). Instead, I used regular peanut butter chips and these were excellent!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
I'm NOT a huge chocolate chip cookie fan, but these were the best cookies I'd ever had. The 3rd time I made these though, they were SO dry and just not that good. I think it was because the first 2 times I didn't take the butter out of the fridge early enough so I melted it in the microwave - didn't do it the 3rd time. I also leave out the grated chocolate every time. These cookies are awesome. If you read reviews that say otherwise, it's because they did something wrong, trust me!
