My cooking triumphs
Buying a food sealer and using it to seal Rice Krispie treats to send a soldier I'd adopted. Took 19 days to get to him and he said the treats tasted like I'd just made them.
My cooking tragedies
Making a raspberry sauce. I put the frozen raspberries in the blender and turned it on. Because the bottom of the blender wasn't tightened, the partially blended raspberries flowed out and went everywhere like delicious lava.

Chocolate Scotcheroos
My mom used to make these when I was little. I agree with the other reviewer who says to use a bag of chocolate chips and a bag of butterscotch for the topping. These are sweet and delicious!

Pro Ganache
This was easy and very professional looking. It tasted like the inside of a truffle and got rave reviews. I followed the directions exactly and chilled the ganache in the fridge. I took the ganache out of the fridge and when it was close to room temperature, I spread it across the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake I'd made earlier in the day. Delicious!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
A really great recipe! I used chocolate graham crackers and doubled the raspberry sauce I made to serve over the cake after it was sliced. I also used parchment paper on the bottom of the pan and baked the cake with a water bath in the oven (not IN the water bath) and it didn't crack.
